Descending from Trebbiano family , the Passerina vine , native
of central and eastern Europe, has a long history in the Piceno territory in which it is
known since ancient times. After the abandonment of this crop in years
Sixties, today the grape Passerina is the focus of interest of producers and
connoisseurs. Rustic and sturdy but at the same time capable of expressing
an incredible elegance in the aromas , the Passerina grape is one of the greatest
representatives of the indigenous production of the Marches and the Piceno .
Bright yellow . The nose reveals delicate floral scents and sensations obvious
of grapefruit and lemon with large fruity notes , among which the pear
angelica . In the mouth it is fresh and delicately fruity, pleasant , intriguing and ever
tiring. Excellent as an aperitif , wedding appetizers, shellfish and seafood salads but
